صلاحيات المديرين فى اوبن كارت مفصوله عن المدرين. بمعنى أنك تقوم أولا بتحديد وبناء مجموعات من الصلاحيات تعطى لها اسم معين. ثم بعد ذلك تقوم بتحديد لكل مدير فى الموقع مجموعة من مجموعات الصلاحيات التى قمت بإنشاءها.
الخطوات كالتالى:
- قم الدخول الى لوحة تحكم المتجر الإلكترونى.
- من القائمة الجانبية, قم بالضغط على الضبط ,, ثم إضغط على المدراء ,, ثم على مجموعات المدراء.
- بشكل إفتراضى ستجد هناك ,, الإدارة والإدارة العليا. ولكل منها مجموعة من الصلاحيات المختلفه.
- إذا كنت تريد تعديل أى واحده منها ,, إضغط على علامة القلم
بجانب المجموعة التى تريد تعديلها. - إذا كنت تريد إضافة مجموعة جديدة ,, إضغط على علامة الإضافة
فى أعلى يسار الصفحة. - من هنا يمكنك تحديد الصلاحيات التى تريدها للمجموعة.
الصلاحيات مقسمة لقسمين ,, صلاحيات الدخول ,, والتى تعطى لك الصلاحية لدخول لجزء معين, مثلا إذا حددت صلاحيات الدخول للمنتجات ,, فيمكن الدخول وعرض المنتجات. ولا يمكن التعديل عليها.
الصلاحية الثانية هى صلاحيات التعديل ,, هذه تعطى للمدير الحق فى إتمام التعديلات. فمثلا, إذا حددت صلاحية التعديل على المنتجات ,, فيمكنه تعديل اسعار او وصف او سعر المنتجات.
لاحظ أنه لتعطى صلاحيات التعديل يجب ان تحدد صلاحيات تسجيل الدخول لنفس الاداة التى حددت لها صلاحيات التعديل,, فى حال عدم اتمام هذا الامر لن يتمكن المدير من الدخول على الاداة التى تريد منه التعديل عليها.
حدد صلاحياتك التى تريد إعطائها للمجموعة من خلال التعليم عليها ,, إقرأ كل صلاحية منهم لتعرف ما هى.
فى حالة إختيار الكل , فهذا الامر يعنى ان هذه المجموعة لديها صلاحية اتمام اى تعديلات على المتجر بالكامل ,, وهو ما يحدث مع الإدارة العليا.
بعد الانتهاء من التعديلات المطلوبة ,, إضغط على علامة الحفظ 
لتطبيق ما قمت به. سواء بتعديل على الصلاحيات, او اضافة مجموعة جديدة من الصلاحيات.
